عبدالبصیر اجازه دارد خواستار تجدید نظر در حکم دادگاه شود

یک دادگاه نظامی در افغانستان، سرباز افغان را که اوایل امسال پنج نظامی فرانسوی را به ضرب گلوله به قتل رسانده بود، به اعدام محکوم کرده است.

این سرباز به نام عبدالبصیر، حدود هفت ماه پیش در جریان یک عملیات مشترک در روستایی در ولایت کاپیسا، بروی همکاران فرانسوی خود آتش گشود. او قبل از آنکه بتواند از محل فرار کند، از سوی نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شد.

این حادثه باعث شد تا دولت فرانسه خروج سربازان خود را از افغانستان سرعت بخشد.

حملات مشابه سربازان افغان به نیروهای ناتو که در بسیاری موارد باعث کشته شدن سربازان خارجی شده، بارها در افغانستان اتفاق افتاده است.

تنها ظرف سال جاری میلادی، حداقل بیست و شش سرباز خارجی در هجده مورد جداگانه از اینگونه حملات در افغانستان کشته شده اند.

'درگیری لفظی'

مقامات افغان می گویند، عبدالبصیر فرصت خواهد داشت تا خواستار تجدید نظر در حکم اعدام خود شود.

او به تاریخ بیست ماه جنوری امسال، زمانی که در یک عملیات مشترک برای جستجوی یک فرمانده محلی طالبان در ولایت کاپیسا شرکت داشت، بروی سربازان فرانسوی تیراندازی کرد.

مقامات در زمان وقوع این حادثه گفتند که تیراندازی بدنبال یک "درگیری لفظی" صورت گرفته است.

چهار سرباز فرانسوی در محل حادثه کشته شدند و سرباز پنجم، بعدتر از اثر جراحات ناشی از این حمله جان داد. چندین سرباز دیگر در این حادثه زخمی شدند.

فرماندهان ناتو گفته اند که ادامه حملاتی از این دست، می تواند روحیه سربازان ناتو را در افغانستان آسیب بزند.

بخشی از نیروهای ناتو، مشغول ارایه آموزش های نظامی به سربازان افغان هستند.

گروه طالبان، در بسیاری موارد، مسئولیت این حملات را برعهده گرفته و ادعا کرده اند که "سربازان مهاجم" را از قبل به استخدام خود در آورده بودند.

در آخرین مورد، اوایل ماه جاری، سه سرباز بریتانیایی در ولایت جنوبی هلمند، در اثر تیراندازی مردی در لباس پلیس افغانستان کشته شدند.

اما مقامات افغان می گویند، بخشی از این موارد، ربطی به طالبان ندارد و انگیزه های شخصی و در مواردی، فشارهای روانی ناشی از جنگ، باعث وقوع این گونه حملات می شود.

هنوز معلوم نیست که دادگاه نظامی در افغانستان، موفق به ارزیابی انگیزه حمله عبدالبصیر به سربازان فرانسوی شده یا نه.

سوئیس از جانب کشورهای غربی تحت فشار است تا تحریم‌ها علیه ایران را تشدید کند

دولت سوئیس اعلام کرده است که از تحریم‌های اتحادیه اروپا علیه ایران، و مشخصا تحریم نفت ایران پیروی نخواهد کرد. البته این دولت گفته است که خود تحریم‌های جداگانه‌ای را علیه ایران به اجرا خواهد گذاشت.

تحریم‌های جدید سوئیس، که از امروز ۶ ژوئیه(۱۶ تیر) اجرایی می‌شوند، شامل تجهیزات مخابراتی، صنایع پتروشیمی و خرید و فروش فلزات گرانبها و الماس می‌شود.

یک شعبه شرکت ملی نفت ایران نیز در سوئیس قرار دارد و این کشور یکی از مراکز عمده معامله نفت خام ایران به شمار می‌رود.

علاوه بر این با عدم تحریم نفتی ایران، مفری قانونی برای ادامه معامله با ایران پیش روی شرکت‌های بزرگی چون گلنکور و ترافیگورا، که در سوئیس مستقر هستند، گذاشته می‌شود. اگر چه تحریم‌های ایالات‌متحده و اتحادیه اروپا قطعا عاملی بازدارنده برای آنان خواهد بود.

هر دوی این شرکت‌ها می‌گویند که معامله نفت ایران را متوقف کرده‌اند.

تحریم‌های اخیر ایالات متحده و اتحادیه اروپا چند ماه پیش به تصویب رسیده بود و این امیدواری وجود داشت که در صورت نتیجه بخش بودن مذاکزات هسته‌ای ایران و گروه ۱+۵ که در استانبول، بغداد و مسکو به تاخیر بیفتد یا لغو شود اما این اتفاق نیفتاد.

در این اثر نمایشی كه سال گذشته در بخش مهمان سی امین جشنواره بین المللی تئاتر فجر به صحنه رفت، حمیدرضا آذرنگ، بهرام ابراهیمی، نسیم ادبی، گیتی قاسمی، آذر سماواتی، یعقوب صباحی، سید مهدی سجادپور، مهرخ افضلی، محبوبه پاپی و بهار اولیایی به عنوان بازیگر، اصغر خلیلی به عنوان طراح صحنه، مهدی وجدانی به عنوان آهنگساز، الهام شعبانی به عنوان طراح لباس، سارا اسكندری به عنوان طراح چهره پردازی حضور دارند.
